We use an innovative IT system that will track your freight, so we know where it is at every destination and can provide you with updates.
Once your freight has reached its destination, scanned proof of delivery will be available. At any stage, you can contact our support team, who will be happy to check the progress.

Subject to availability; we are able to offer pallets for sale or alternatively these are available online from local pallet manufactures.
Quotes and bookings of pallets do not include VAT. This will be added to your invoice.
Prices will vary based on various factors. The size, weight, service and destination of your pallet will affect this. Generally, pallet prices start from £45.
Due to the extra resources needed to deliver pallets, they can generally be more expensive than parcel deliveries.
However, this is entirely down to the type and quantity of goods and where they are being delivered to. If sending more than 5 parcels to one location, then yes, pallet delivery may be cheaper.
